Faurecia
Optimizing products, processes, and production times.
Faurecia, a global leader in sustainable and innovative mobility, ranks among the top ten automotive suppliers worldwide. My mission focused on two main areas for the Automotive Seating division:
Implementation of a standard time calculation system covering all operations.
Continuous improvement of processes and production times, including engineer training, technical coaching, and methodological audits.
This approach was deployed across a wide international scope: Europe, Americas, Asia, and the Middle East.
C.E.T.I.H.
(now named IFTH = French Textile and Apparel Institute)
Training, organizing, and optimizing cutting and sewing factories.
The IFTH (formerly CETIH) is a major player in textile innovation and a historical partner of fashion and apparel for over 60 years.I carried out numerous missions there focused on cutting and sewing, responding to the varied requirements of the clothing industry. I also supported more strategic projects: organization, consulting, coaching, and specific studies.
It was at IFTH that I laid the foundation of my consulting activity – a formative experience that shaped the expertise I now offer to industry.
Bonds Wear Fashion
With Bonds, the full importance of organization is realized.
Bonds Industries Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Pacific Brands, is a major textile player in Australia, specialized in manufacturing and importing clothing for the whole family.I began my professional career there, gaining foundational experience in industrial organization, management, production methods, and digital tools applied to performance.
This rigorous immersion not only built my technical skills but also improved my professional English, which has since become an essential asset for my international career.
From Men’s Tailor to Apparel Executive
Or from Craftsmanship to Industrial Organization.
Gradually, I expanded my skills to the apparel industry: styling, industrial cutting, pattern making, and grading.

The need to master industrial management then led me to the École Supérieure de l’Industrie du Vêtement (E.S.I.V.), a true springboard towards a career dedicated to organization and production performance.
