Example of a time catalogue

In the file below you will find an example of a time catalogue simply created in a spreadsheet program such as Excel.
Each line corresponds to a fine and detailed analysis. This can be done in timing or predefined time (MTM., MTM2, GSD, SMB2…)

Depending on the diversity of the company’s products, a time catalogue can contain thousands of values. However, through a strict management rule, it is very easy to find the information you are looking for.
The process for creating this type of document may seem simple. However, depending on the product, the company, the way in which the information is used, etc., a rigorous approach to collecting information must be organised.
Moreover, it is also possible to integrate it into an application to build production ranges.

General process for displaying the document on the screen:
Click on the icon at the bottom right. Then :

• Adjust to display the full width of the table according to your screen size.
• Select the desired criteria using the filters in line 16.

In general the main characteristics in columns B – C – D – E and in addition on machines (I) and tools (J).

Depending on the objective, after having activated the filters of line 16, if several values correspond to the query, it may be possible to choose between:

• quick-coding : through the mini, medium and maxi results located at the top left of the table. (pay attention to the extreme values mini and maxi).

• precise encryption : after selecting the information with the filters of line 16.
