From workshops to international groups: tools and methods that create lasting value
From the workshop floor to international companies, I have built my experience close to real operations. The tools and methods I developed more than twenty years ago are still in use today because they are simple, robust and designed to last.
I am convinced that industrial performance does not rely on complex concepts, but on attention to detail, consistency in methods and trust between people.
This is the approach I have applied for over forty years, from the workstation to executive management levels.
My approach
🔧 Simple, useful and sustainable tools
I focus on practical tools that are easy to understand and quickly applicable on the shop floor.
A good tool should be easy to explain, quick to test and able to deliver visible results.
The time calculation system I developed at Faurecia is still in use today because it is based on solid and pragmatic foundations.
👂 Listen, understand, build trust
Before proposing solutions, I take the time to listen and understand each situation.
I have held very operational roles: I understand the pressure faced by production managers, the constraints of company leaders and the pride of quality work on the shop floor.
Sustainable improvements always grow from trust and collaboration with teams.
🎯 Concrete and measurable results
A successful mission is not defined by a report or a presentation.
It is reflected in smoother operations, better-controlled lead times, more autonomous teams and visible results.
I support companies through the real implementation of change, with the objective that improvements can be maintained over time.
My journey: from craftsmanship to industrial systems
An experience built at the crossroads of the automotive and apparel industries. This dual culture, both artisanal and industrial, allows me to quickly adapt to very different environments and to propose practical solutions, whatever the production context.
From tailor to manager in the apparel industry
From craftsmanship to industrial organization
I began in craftsmanship as a men’s tailor. This first experience taught me precision, attention to detail and a strong understanding of textile fundamentals.
I then moved into the apparel industry, developing skills in pattern making, industrial cutting, grading and garment construction.
To complement this hands-on experience with a broader vision of industrial management, I joined the École Supérieure de l’Industrie du Vêtement (E.S.I.V.), which marked the beginning of my focus on organization and industrial performance.
Bonds Wear Fashion
First experience in a multinational environment in Australia

At Bonds Industries (Pacific Brands Group), I discovered a demanding multinational industrial environment.
I was responsible for optimizing production flows, introducing computerized management tools and coordinating the supply chain.
This experience was a turning point, both technically and culturally, and marked the beginning of my work in international environments.
C.E.T.I.H. (now IFTH)
From practitioner to consultant: building a structured methodology

At IFTH (formerly CETIH), a leading institute in textile and apparel research, my role evolved toward consulting.
I supported many companies in industrial organization, technical studies and process optimization.
During this period, I structured my working methodology: diagnosis → analysis → solutions → training.
This experience reinforced my belief that sustainable improvement always combines technical solutions with team skill development.
Faurecia
Deployment of a global standardization and continuous improvement system

At Faurecia, I led two major initiatives:
- Implementation of a global standardized time calculation system (MTM-2 based), covering all assembly operations and serving as a shared reference for cost and capacity calculations.
- Development of a continuous improvement culture: training engineers, supporting shop floor teams and auditing methods.
Deployed across Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Middle East, this work exposed me to the challenges of adapting global industrial standards to local realities.
Le Matériaupôle
Supporting industrialization within an innovation ecosystem

Within Matériaupôle, I support startups in their transition toward industrialization.
I contribute to industrial feasibility analysis, structuring manufacturing processes, selecting equipment and evaluating technical partners.
This immersion in innovation has strengthened my ability to turn creative ideas into concrete and realistic industrial solutions.
Salveterra
Improvement principles applicable to companies of all sizes

At Salveterra, I work with micro-businesses, SMEs and artisans facing a wide variety of operational challenges.
I propose adapted technical solutions: product simplification, flow reorganization, equipment improvements and structuring of working methods.
This diversity has confirmed that, whatever the company size, the fundamentals remain the same: reduce waste, balance flows and strengthen team autonomy.
Today: the mission of Prod’Pôle
« I created Prod’Pôle to bring the methodological rigor of large industrial groups to SMEs, through practical, applicable solutions with strong return on investment. »
Today, my work focuses on two complementary areas:
Global diagnosis and implementation of concrete improvements using proven tools (Lean, 5S, MTM-2, GSD, SMB2…)
and skills transfer to build autonomous teams through practical, field-oriented training.
