Organisation Production

Pascal QUETIN – Production expert

From design to manufacturing

A career path devoted to the industrialization of products and processes
to constantly reduce costs and improve quality.

Above all, I am convinced that the strength of a country depends on the performance of its industrial fabric, both for Very small businesses* et PME** as from large groups. It is through responsiveness and permanent adaptation that these companies must respond to requests.

For years, I worked on different products within the socio-industrial fabric of many countries (Europe, USA, Brazil, Eastern European countries, China, Iran, Mexico …).
This allowed me to acquire a flexible and adaptable skill according to the products, the needs and the constraints of the companies while collaborating in different cultures.

Salveterra
Supporting TPE, PME, Artisans and Traders in the creation and development of a business.
Salveterra is an association of former professionals from various sectors of activity which aims to support new projects of VSEs, SMEs, Artisans and Merchants in the creation and development of businesses.
For my part, I provide Salveterra members with answers to the needs they are looking for in order to better organize their projects technically.
This technical support can include, depending on the project, the analysis of products and processes, the technical analysis of the production tool, the organization of production, stocks, the audit of subcontractors, etc…
Training provides a good understanding of subjects such as project planning, value analysis, the establishment of technical or commercial premises, 5s…
Le Matériaupôle
Supporting the companies of tomorrow in their innovations.
Faurecia
Optimize products, processes and production times.
Faurecia operates around the world in the following business sectors: Automotive Seating, Emission Control Technologies, Interior Systems and Automotive Exteriors.
My main challenge at Faurecia was “thecontinuous improvement” the times and production processes of the Automotive Seating activity. The goal was to always better respond to “right price“with the constraints of” Just in Time “and respect for right times to produce quality equipment under the right conditions of Work. This mission also included international support for method employees at production sites in terms of the use of tools, the correct application of rules, technical support, coaching, training, method and time audit…

Bonds Wear Fashion
Avec Bonds all the importance of organization materializes.
Bonds Industries Pty Ltd is an Australian manufacturer and importer of men’s, women’s and children’s underwear and apparel and a subsidiary of Pacific Brands Holdings Pty Ltd.
For a brief history: clic here.  Through its size and organization, Bonds taught me rigor, organization, the importance of IT, the advantage of video in improved production.. Bonds was my first fabulous experience. With a very important advance on the organization, the management, the methods, the tools … this experience was the basis and the foundations of my professional life. Thanks also to this chance, I was able to acquire and master the English language which was also another fabulous passport in my career.
From men’s tailor to Senior Manager in clothing

Or from Handicrafts to Industrial Organization.

The discovery of the profession of the clothing industry began with that of tailor for men. The skills of styling, cutting, patronage, gradation … and many other activities in the clothing sector were also added.TaylorAfter a few years of activity, the importance of also mastering “industrial management” has become crucial. To add this new skill, I had to return to the school benches which were those of Higher School of the Clothing Industry (C.C.I.P.).
